Plain English, no small print games. Here's exactly what you get, when, and what happens if things change.
Rewards are earned on go-live, never at signup. If someone signs up through your link but never takes a booking, no reward is created — for either of you.
Your reward is a credit against your own next Suddenly bill — it is never a payment you make, and never a charge for anyone else's account. You are never billed extra for referring. If you're on a free plan or a trial, we simply extend your own free time instead.
From time to time we run a limited boost where each referral counts double. When it's on, your dashboard shows a live countdown to the deadline. Whether a referral earns the doubled reward is decided at the moment that owner goes live — so it's their activation, not their signup, that has to happen before the boost ends.
If an owner you referred cancels within 60 days of going live, that reward may be reversed. If the free month hasn't been used yet, we simply remove the pending credit — you go back to your normal rate and are never charged for it. If it's already been applied to a bill, you keep it. Either way, you're never billed more than you would have been without referring.
